Software Perfection, LLC was formed in 1999 in Tulsa, OK, USA out of InVest Media LLC, which had provided programming services since 1997.
"Software Perfection" was chosen as a name to better reflect the services offered by the company.
Founder Scott McCarty, holds a BSEE from the University of New Mexico, and has extensive experience in various programming languages.
His first paid programming work involved supporting embedded firmware using C. Later, he worked as a subcontractor, supporting a government contract involving flight planning and GPS tracking.
A spinoff of this project by the contracting company was an AVL product using MapInfo as a GIS platform, for which he was hired to help develop.
Some of the other highlights of his programming background include Text-To-Speech and telephony programming, automated system development, and data warehousing systems.
Partner Mark McNutt II holds a BS in Biomedical Chemistry from Oral Roberts University, graduating at the top of his class.
His experience includes research and computer programming for the National Institutes of Health.
He is currently enrolled in the MD-PhD program at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, TX.
Our programming staff includes a graphic designer, an actuary specializing in database development & design, and an accountant specializing in database programming.
Our sales team has a combined experience of over 60 years in sales and developing client relationships, with degress in business administration, marketing, and mathematics.
